I received this call twice today (March 11,2010) and in researching it's "out of area" identity, it is the above number which others have had a problem with.

This number called me twice in 2 days and when I call back music is playing and then it hangs up.

this number called me 2x today and when i call back i get music and then disconnected. I tried calling 2x back and stopped and decided to try to look it up. Not calling again.

Automated message asking me to hold for an important message.
I always hang up. Nothing is more rude than an unknown number wasting my cellphone minutes and trying to put me on hold when their system dials. If it's really important, a live human can call me back, otherwise they can get bent.
